Merlie really cares about her patients. I went in with a ruptured ear drum. She answered all my questions and took time with me. I wasn’t rushed and left with relief. The staff at the Bonney Lake location is so kind as well. I’ve had great experiences with both locations. Also like how you don’t have to wait weeks to be seen. I get in right away when I call!
