Serena has 22 years in the industry and brings her professional knowledge, experience and passion to our team. She attended Bates Technical College for Hearing Instrument Sciences.

“My passion started in the industry because my grandfather and my daughter have hearing loss and I wanted to be able to help them hear. My favorite part of helping people hear is when they get to hear a sound or a voice they have not been able to.”

Serena relaxes with her favorite hobbies of crafting, reading, cooking with a special love for baking.
