BroadBand Light Therapy (BBL)

BroadBand Light therapy uses advanced light energy to gently rejuvenate the skin from within while improving tone, texture, and overall clarity.

What is BroadBand Light (BBL) Therapy?

BBL therapy is a non-invasive light-based treatment that targets discoloration, redness, and signs of aging using precise pulses of broad-spectrum light. Unlike laser treatments that use a single wavelength, BBL delivers multiple wavelengths to address a variety of concerns at once while restoring balance and radiance to your skin.

This treatment can be performed on the face, neck, chest, and other areas of the body. Most clients notice visible improvement after their first session, with best results following three to five treatments.

What to Expect During Your Treatment

Each BBL appointment begins with a consultation to confirm your skin type and treatment goals. Most treatments take about 30 to 60 minutes and require little to no downtime. Your skin may appear slightly red for a few hours before revealing a brighter, more even tone in the following days. During your session:

1.

Your esthetician will start by providing protective eyewear and preparing your skin for treatment.

2.

A cooling ultrasound gel is applied to help the light glide comfortably across your skin.

3.

The BBL device then delivers gentle pulses of light energy across the surface of your skin.

4.

Once the treatment is complete, your skin is cooled and finished with sunscreen so you can leave feeling refreshed and protected.
