Moxi

Moxi is a non-ablative, fractionated laser treatment that renews your skin from the inside out. It’s ideal for younger patients focused on prevention and older patients looking to correct early signs of aging.

What is Moxi?

Moxi is a light, non-invasive laser treatment that helps even out skin tone, smooth texture, and brighten dull complexions. By creating controlled micro-injuries beneath the surface, it stimulates cell renewal and collagen production which leaves skin visibly clearer, softer, and more radiant.

This treatment is gentle enough for year-round maintenance and safe for all skin types.

What to Expect During Your Treatment

Each Moxi session begins with a consultation to customize your treatment settings and ensure your skin is prepared. After your treatment, you may notice mild warmth and redness for a few hours, followed by a light, sandpaper like texture as your skin naturally exfoliates over the next few days. During your session:

1.

Your esthetician will apply a topical numbing cream to keep you comfortable throughout your treatment.

2.

Once your skin is ready, they glide the Moxi laser across the surface using a hygienic, single-use tip.

3.

The laser delivers gentle, controlled energy to stimulate new cell growth and collagen production.

4.

After treatment, your esthetician applies soothing post-care products to calm and protect your skin.

Addition open icon + icon plus icon

Moxi treatments are generally well-tolerated and considered minimally painful. Most patients describe the sensation as warm and prickly. A topical numbing cream is applied before the treatment to enhance comfort. On a pain scale, most would rate it as mild, around 2-4 out of 10.

Can I get Moxi treatments during the summer?
Addition open icon + icon plus icon

Moxi can be used during summer months, but extra precautions are necessary. The treatment does make your skin more sensitive to UV rays, so diligent sun protection is crucial. This includes reapplying sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors and wearing protective clothing and hats. It’s best to avoid direct sun exposure, especially during peak hours.
